Rhema “Rhe” Tilman is a small-town girl who found her love for local small businesses when she returned home from serving multiple enlistments in the United States Navy. Rhe is a married mom with three beautiful children. When you meet her the first things you’ll probably notice is her green hair, bubbly personality, and infectious smile.

In conjunction with her honorable military service,  Rhe is formally trained through a Bachelor of Science in Digital Marketing and Social Media. Rhe has also been a freelance digital marketing consultant for over five years, specializing in social media marketing. Rhe is an awardee of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce 40 under 40, class of 2023, has been named Wilmington Business Journal top 100 as a “Rising Star”, and is a Leadership Wilmington graduate, class of 2024. Rhe has been a keynote speaker for local veteran-owned businesses, a UNCW Youth Entrepreneur Experience Judge, and is Ambassador Coordinator for Port City Young Professionals.
